Such an incredible stay. Check-in was quick and easy, received early check-in by 1pm without requesting it, location in the Boca Chica building overlooking the pool was amazing. Rooms have been impeccably renovated since our last stay. Nothing was overlooked in the redesign of the rooms. Cannot wait to return!

Our stay at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and truly world-class. The resort itself is stunning—elegant Victorian architecture, immaculate grounds, and beautiful views that make you feel like you’ve stepped into something special. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, and the transportation options (especially the monorail and boat) made getting to the parks effortless.

I gave it a two because it’s located right across from the magic kingdom so it’s convenient. The hotel is a beautiful hotel however, the noise level in the hallways is out of control. You will not and cannot sleep. We had drunk people from a party in the lobby for hours after midnight and security never showed up. Not one holiday decoration up this year.

I have stayed at most of the Disney resort hotels over the last several years, and this is definitely one of my favorites! The staff, rooms, grounds, and amenities were all top shelf. The resort’s proximity to Magic Kingdom and access to the monorail system were also bonuses. Highly recommend!

Love this hotel

It’s always fantastic at the grand Floridian. I have never had a bad stay there. My only complaint is with the food at disney as a whole. It has gone down hill over the years but uphill in price. Love the hotel but not the food !!

I love this hotel, lots of childhood memories, but rooms need to be updated and the overall grandness of the lobby is missing, restaurants are closed, even the amount of flowers they put up is lacking from what it used to be…that being said this is the best Disney property…

We stayed in Conch Key and it seemed like this location might have been a little more ignored than others. They were very accommodating with getting the types of rooms we need to be adjoining and have very welcoming safe at the front door. Other than one other waitress this seemed to be the only area they focused on there customers satisfaction. We had multiple appliances that were broken (coffee machine and blow drier). The laundry facilities were very dirty. Out of all of our food we had the food at the cafe and mobile order was the worst in comparison to all the wonder restaurants the parks offered. Overall we were pretty disappointed since other resorts had more reliable transportation. Our buses took three times as long. The only highlight is the view of the fireworks every night but I can imagine that is possible to see from other resorts as well. We’re pretty disappointed when everything else in the parks and other resorts “wowed” us.

Pros: - The hotel itself is beautiful! So happy to be able to stay here -We had good French onion soup at the main building restaurant -The pool area is open late, we used every night. Cons: -The room service French fries we counted 18 fries on the plate, not a good deal for 18 fries… -The hot tub jets aren’t real jets and splash in your eyes -We don’t carry cash, and when we got room service like towels brought or something to the room we couldn’t tip since there was no service receipt where we could charge it to the room

Desapontado - não valeu a pena

Achei super caro pela experiência que tive. Não se trata de um hotel de Luxo e sim um hotel temático. Importante dizer que o hotel é “Aberto ao público” - o que dificultava acesso aos restaurantes, bares, etc. isso fazia com que o hotel sempre estivesse super cheio - fila para absolutamente tudo. Concierge super ruim e pouco prestativo. Em resumo, para uma diária de quase 1.500 dólares - não recomendo.

Beautiful property. Peaceful and easy access to the Magic Kingdom by monorail, boat and walking. Great bar on the second floor for adult time. Citricos was fantastic. Asked for a delayed check out and was pleasantly greeted with a sure we'd be happy to. Only one negative was a beeping sound each morning of vehicles backing in and out. Additionally all the people in the yellow vests working on various projects were not personable. I am assuming they weren't Disney employed. Otherwise, all was fantastic and would return back.
