This place was absolutely amazing! Clean rooms, nice staff, beautiful pools and beautiful beach access with food and drink service! You do not even have to leave the resort! Recommend this stay.

Rooms were very clean. The cleaning staff was loud in the hallways , yeeling to co workers at 7 in the morning. Breakfast outdoor seating had a major bird problem!

Complimentary coffee needs to be out sooner than 8 am Staff very friendly. Zina (check-in desk) went out of her way to be very helpful.

The Sirene section was magical for a weekend away with no kids. Private pool, beach accesss for adults only. Wonderful experience overall!

Resort had plenty of options for dining and drinks. The happy hours were great for taking a break from the sun. Staff were very accommodating and the spa & fitness classes did not disappoint.

Location, pools and amenities are great. Quinns was our favorite onsite restaurant - right on the beach with friendly staff, good food and drinks. Nightly fire show and s'more's is a nice perk. Front desk staff could use training as they were not helpful or friendly. Rooms could use an update as the carpet is pretty beat up.

Beautiful beach area, and amenities . Kids loved the waterfall, pool area, mini golf and arcade. Food was mediocre, but nice to have several dining options on property. Overall, very clean and great experience.

Good Hotel Overall

Have been here several times and this time it was good. Room is spacious and we got a free upgrade pool side view and ocean view which was very nice. The bathroom in the room has a tub that’s to high to get into and it had mildew around it which is unacceptable for a JW Marriott and the prices they charge. The location is great and the beach and service was very good. The Cafe service although very busy was very good. Restaurants are good but pretty pricey but guess that’s par for course. Overall a good hotel with great location and beach.
