We love Sutton because the staff there are very friendly! Specially Mark the Doorman who is very helpful to us. We stayed in Sutton 2x and it will be a go to hotel when we visit BC. Even the staff at The Boulevard we love them so much!!

Love how close it is to Robson st. Disappointed in the baked goods in the coffee shop which were just pre packaged items and the restaurant wasn’t open for lunch! Other than that the property was great and the staff were wonderful

The room I stayed in was very loud!! I was facing the main street, so I am sure that is the reason. It was a very disruptive sleep. As well, the carpet was filthy. I am thinking the vacuuming might have been overlooked. On the plus side the shower was amazing!
