"Big pool for kids "

"Had great difficulty getting into the room. The locks are very old and the keys didn’t work well. Had to trick the lock by bending the key to get it to unlock. Found out other guests were having the very same issue. Microwave didn’t work in room. Very small, cheap no brand tv. No fan in the bathroom and the light was wonky, it was dim and flickered. The shower plumbing whistled while running. Breakfast food was limited. Eggs, sausage and gravy were cool, not hot. On the positive side, the staff was super friendly and it was clean which goes a long way with me. The lobby was inviting with a nice big tv. Overall, it was a clean and safe stay. The property is outdated and needs improvement. "

"Hot tub and pool closed when arrived. Ask for partial refund said no, did offer to cancel room but had been driving for 10 hours. The hotel was very nice other than pool and hot tub being closed. Very clean. Breakfast was ok"
