"Beautiful property and location! "

"The Stay was nice. The only trouble was after checking in we discovered our pooch wasn't allowed in the main lodge where our room was booked. Guest registration was able to switch the booking around to another building to accommodate my pooch. It was a very positive experience. The front desk person was understanding of the mix up. If you have a pooch and book through Expedia, call the resort ahead of time to ensure the reservation is for a pet friendly room. I will book here again. The Continental breakfast was good too."

"A short drive to Copper Peak, which was the main purpose of our trip, this hotel was a wonderful stay. Room was adequate enough for our weekend and was fairly close to shops, gas stations, and decent food options! Would more than likely come stay here again when coming to visit the UP."

"Overall stay was nice and conveniently located super close to swimming in Lake Superior and a lot of hiking trails. Only suggestion for improvement I had was maybe making it super clear in listing that this is a split unit with an upstairs unit and downstairs. So if looking for something more secluded then maybe look elsewhere. But the other side to that is this being the perfect place for 2 families/friend groups to book at the same time as there is a staircase that conveniently leads to both units."
