"I had a nice clean spacious room on the 5th floor which overlooked Hoe Park. The king size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and there was a nice size TV. I kept hearing frequent thump sounds that I found VERY annoying but couldn’t work out where it was coming from. On one night there was a family in the adjoining room making a lot of noise. The doors are very clunky which again I found annoying, and the flimsy ‘Do not disturb’ door hangers kept falling off the door handle which was annoying and resulted in my room being missed for room service as I must have put it back on the wrong way. "

"Parking is now out sourced and £12 a day parking under the hotel with easy access to reception, I have stayed here many times as location is excellent, our room this time was a lot smaller than previous Plenty of choice for breakfast "

"The property is close to the railway station which we liked. The apartment is spacious, the bedrooms were large and very comfortable. We did not use the tv but there were issues with the previous occupier who took stuff away relating to the tv. We are used to using our ipads as our entertaining equipment."

"Lovely location but we both slept really badly as the walls are very thin and not soundproof in the least!! The person in the room next door was talking (maybe gaming) loudly all night, until some time after 5.30am, making it impossible to sleep. Otherwise hotel was friendly and a ve try pleasant experience."
