Really great family stay. The hotel and staff were excellent. The location is perfect and the room is comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the Marco Pierre White restaurant was fantastic, We upgraded to lounge access and the free food and drink there was worth the money for us. Would highly recommend for a stay in Plymouth.

Nice location close toe the Hoe, nice hotel. Pool was closed on the Sunday - disappointing. Staff were helpful - breakfast room on the roof was great - views stunning and breakfast was good given a lot of people. Ate in hotel on Saturday - food good - ordered from bar as watching football. Parking convenient - not well labelled -so parked in the overspill carpark

The staff were indifferent. Reception desk did not tell us that the hotel offered breakfast or that the restaurant was open for dinner. They also failed to mention that the Premium Plus room included the Ultimate WiFi service. The hand soap dispenser was empty. Later we discovered that the shower soap dispenser was also empty. The breakfast staff looked like they would like to anywhere else and were not very personable. The location was very convenient.

Very nice people working at the reception, breakfast and bar. We had a nice view over Plymouth, nice comfortable room, clean. The breakfast was nice and you could order special breakfast for any intolerances etc. Stunning view from the breakfast hall, and good location to be in in Plymouth.

The car park is really small ! If you have bigger car I would look for alternative parking. The hotel was in a great location and breakfast was lovely. The staff were very helpful. The bar prices were not so good ! Very high prices for a hotel in Plymouth.

Have stayed here several times. Rooms always lovely and clean and good supply of tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast has a good selection of things to eat. Staff are always polite, welcoming and helpful. Would recommend without hesitation.
