"The young girl who was on reception when I arrived on Thursday and on Friday morning was amazing. She was so helpful and went over and beyond what would be expected. "Second stay at this lovely independent hotel. Even better than the first stay as no issue with a squeaky bed this time and everything else was as good as before.
Great location near The Hoe and a short walk down to the city centre. Brought my car this time and parking was no problem.
All staff, both on reception and at breakfast were happy and smiling, which costs nothing but makes a big difference.
