Staff were brilliant, food at breakfast lovely - only let down was parking and directions to hotel from car park - I'm a Blue Badge Holder so needed closer proximity and ideally, no stairs but ended up having to go up 3-4 flights owing to poor signage/directions.

The whole experience was excellent, being disabled makes it difficult to find the right room but at The Leonardo Hotel in Plymouth everyone was extremely helpful, kind and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Clean, well presented room just a shame there was a ‘nightclub’ across the road from our room. Was so loud my husband could hear through ear plugs! Lucky him that he had some to begin with. If we’d stayed more than one night we would have asked to be moved…

Once again wasnt given two free drinks voucher as Gold member,had to ask before given them! Times are tight for everyone Leonardo,stop trying to get away with the entitled free drinks!
