Leonardo Royal Hotel London City - Tower of London
10/10 Excellent
"The pool was lovely - we really enjoyed the atmosphere and ease of access.
The hotel was really clean and the staff was wonderful. Everyone was very helpful and kind!
We also loved how easily it was to get around, with the tube station right next door.
The room itself was very clean and comfortable - overall we really like this hotel and would stay here again. "
"Staff are always so helpful and friendly. My only one issue on this stay was that the there was a really strong chemical/cleaning smell in the corridor and in our room which was very overpouring, like a sickly strong plug in and quite nauseating. After airing the room it went away slightly and had completely disappeared by the time we got back. "
"Amazing stay! Everyone was very nice and professional, Lamesh helped me Mail some post cards back to the US. Really nice room, very clean, and the location was perfect!"
"Room was great, we were impressed with the full sized bath. Bed was huge and we had everything needed for coffee and tea whilst we stayed.
We went looking for cocktails on Fri night and we're not one for clubs and loud music, so after giving up searching we headed back to the hotel around 11pm and found the bar to still be open. We were happy with the cocktails from the bar and our bartender Nick was extremely polite and great to talk to. Top credit to Nick!"
"Great Hotel in Southwark borough close to London bridge bus and tube stops and walking distance to borough market. Great rooms, staff and breakfast. I will definitely continue to stay here when in London as it is centrally located and very much worth the price compared to other hotels of this caliber in London."
