"Booked 2 standard Twin Rooms, but was very disappointed at size of the rooms as they were more like the micro rooms that go for lower rate. More to do with the Whatif booking process than Song Hotel I imagine. Other than that cannot fault Song Hotel for exceptional service and cleanliness."

"Paid over &1000 for a Saturday night stayed on level 31 considered a premium room with views over opera house & harbour bridge. This level of accommodation allowed me access to level 30 for afternoon tea, then canapés & unlimited wine & drinks. Then breakfast in the am. My sons room was level 8 & not allowed the privileges I had. My room was standard hotel accommodation not worth $1000. The shower had a fixed head & I would have liked a separate hose head for extra cleanliness. The staff were very helpful. Food & drinks were lovely. My room for $1000 was totally overpriced . "
