I ended up having to stay awake all night to ensure my kids safety. A blind fell on my eldest son because the bracket was crooked. "Great location, clean room, easy process. Expedia makes it hard to communicate due to blocking URLs within messages so I had to switch between the app and the web app multiple times. Thankfully the property host warned about this and remembered everything so I was able to obtain the access code and check in. Thank you. Please push Expedia for a better communication process or use their messaging channel. "
