"The outer door lock was not functioning properly. We were not able to get in on the second night. Fortunately there was someone there to let us in.The stairs to the basement were steep and should have a railing on each side. The description of the property should indicate there are stairs.The issue with the tv was quickly resolved and much appreciated."

"Probably the best place we have stayed so far in Providence and we have been in many of the hotels there. The stay was great (hotel, bar and restaurant) except for the area around the hotel- a little sketchy. Lots of police sirens and loud cars late into night and early am. Was nervous walking to dinner one night at a nearby restaurant as there were several people approaching us asking for money. All in all, one of the better places to stay, but just have to be careful in Providence. "
