"There was a really bad smell in the hotel and in the room. When we left the hotel, the smell stuck on all of ours clothes. The washroom is right next to the bed, and it didn’t close well, so you just had to sleep next to that. The room is also very small. The bed and the pillow were way too soft and sinks. In general, the room wasn’t in good condition. Positive: it’s right next to a metro and a supermarket "

One minor challenge was that the key to the front gate was a little tricky to use at first, but it quickly became manageable. "It was 9:30PM when I reach the property and could not find it in the given address because there was no sign of it. At the end I was able to figured out the place. Meanwhile I called the property but no body answer. I ring the bell many times but no answer at all. So It was very late, me and my daughter were very tired and I had to reserve another hotel via Expedia and call a taxi to go there. So I want my money back. "

"Isabel guest house was clean, organized, accessible, close to metro, bus stops, and close to touristic sites in Rome if you want to walk. "Despite my request for a quiet room I was given a room over the noisy restaurant which was closing at 2 am. In addition, there was some sewer odour that enter my room and the corridor every night. However, the hotel was not far from the Metro and food bar which was open 24 hours. "
