The Bad: Unfortunately , we had to flee the apartment early the next morning because of significant breathing issues that affect both my husband and me. We could not stay because it was very dusty, and the bathroom shower was dirty and had mold, even on the ceiling. The owner was quick to respond and said the cleaning lady...

"Although small by Canadian standards, the apartment was very clean and well equipped. We were within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and a market. (convenience store) A larger market is only a short drive away. The only negative is the lack of doors separating the shower ( a curtain) and the toilet (has it's own door) from the common area. If total privacy is not an issue while using the facilities, I would recommend this apartment."

"Nice little place. Close to the beach with beautiful views from the windows. Place was clean and had everything we needed for a week stay. Little dated but location is superb. Walking distance to shop and few restaurants. Wouldn't mind staying there again and would recommend as great base for exploring Normandy"

"A lovely loft apartment steps from a 12/13th century church, 2 bakeries and a little cafe/bar. Minutes to several small restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Apartment was spacious and clean with nice furniture. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had most of what we needed. The down sides: no towels provided, which is tough if you’re travelling light. Also, no on-site laundry. The kitchen was also low on supplies such as garbage bags & paper towel. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"We loved the apartment and the stay was excellent. The beds very comfortable and the apartment well appointed with all that you need. The location is great as it is a short walk away from the main areas of Honfleur but quiet at the same time. Free parking is not far away and the check in process was easy. We dropped our cases off before we parked the car and the streets are very medieval and narrow, so be careful. Just a couple of small gripes, in that the grass could do with a cut, the back...
