However, these facilities remained out of action for the duration of my stay, making this booking disappointing and over priced. There was no notice at time of booking that the facilities were out of action or i would have booked elsewhere."

"Firstly, let me say, our host was fabulous. Very friendly and welcoming. We arrived late due to traffic and host was waiting, checking us in very swiftly. Rooms anre in a converted stable block. Our family room was spacious with 2 single beds and a day bed. Bedding was clean and comfortable as was room. The divan bases were grubby. Day bed was very noisy. Squeaky when moving and not so comfy. Wet room was very good size however there was black mould around a lot of the floor and walls. Toilet...

"We had a great 3 day stay at the Farmers Arms. The staff were very friendly and provided us with a fantastic breakfast everyday. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, there were tea and coffee making facilities which were replenished every day. St Merryn is a beautiful village with Harlyn and Constantine being some of the best beaches in the country in my opinion. We will definitely be heading back soon."
