"Comfy house with informative signage and responsive host!"

"House was very nice and as described. Beds were comfortable, temperature was nice. The neighborhood was very run down with boarded up homes across the street. The camera at the front door is inside and pointed in to the house which was very uncomfortable. Reggie was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Overall a very nice place."

"Sophie's house was fantastic. It was comfortable, located on a historic street, in the best historic part of Philadelphia. It is convenient to everywhere in the city, either walking, public transportation, or Uber. It is only 15 minutes to South Philly & the Stadiums by Uber. Independence Hall & the Historic District is a 10 minute walk. Sonny's fantastic cheese steaks is 2 blocks away. 2nd year we've stayed here, will again!"

"We loved this beautiful house, it included lots of toys for kids, had a lovely deck for eating outside in the evening, a big kitchen, comfortable beds. The house is close to lambertville with all of its cute shops and restaurants, and also to lots of great places to spend time in nature, like biking along the Delaware canal. The hot tub was also a big bonus!"

"The place was well decorated with high end appliances and furnishings. However, it was lacking a few basic amenities. There was no iron, only 3 face clothes (for a place that sleeps 7) and only 1/3 a roll of papertowel. It appeared to be clean but there was a lot of hair in the bathrooms and an ant problem. Parking was terrible, but ig that's typical for the area. Unless you're prepared to walk a few blocks to and from your vehicle, this may not be the best option for you. All that being...
