High speed fiber optic internet provided (Verizon Fios). Pots, pans, glasses, utensils, Air-fryer, Alexa, coffee maker and coffee provided, water steamer for tea/ramen, microwave, water filter for drinking, ice machine, outdoor deck, grill and seating provided. Dining room table can sit 8 people. Adequate seating available (stools can be moved around the house). The living room couch could be used as a bed. This place was perfect for my family to stay while house renovations were being performed. Mr. Gregg was an amazing host- very generous, informative, understanding, flexible, and communicative. He really went above and beyond, and the property was super clean, beautiful, and convenient.

Everything was so amazing. The house was clean and so spacious. We used the site for my bridal party to get ready for my wedding! The photographers got incredible pictures from the porch and backyard. It’s picture perfect! Everything was very clean as well. Jerry was so communicative and easygoing which made this stay a breeze.

Perfect spot, convenient to a lot of good places to shop/eat/drink. We stayed here when we went to sesame place. The place was very clean, furnished and had a lot of great amenities. You can tell the host has great attention to detail! We utilized the back patio and ate dinner outside. The host was very responsive and organized throughout the whole trip. I highly recommend staying here.

This is now my second stay at this property and I have nothing but good things to say about the entirety of the my stay. Gregg is always easily accessible, abundantly clear on the check-in and check out parameters, the property is well kept/cozy and clean. The place itself is great but it’s always good to know that you have a host who is accessible as well as responsible. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Nice stay close too Sesame

Our family enjoyed our stay here at Mr.Humeville! Walking distance too coffee and restaurants!! Stayed here to take our baby girl too Sesame and explore Peddlers Village.

Very clean & nice location! Sesame Street place only about 10 min drive. The beds were not queen size, they were a full at best...this would be my only gripe. Otherwise, it was a good experience. Would stay here again!

Great location, our host had the house in top condition. Host had lots of information on things to do in the local area. We really enjoyed our stay. Will recommend it to everyone and look forward to staying here again.

A little Gem near Bensalem

Very well appointed and clean. We just spent the night, but I could imagine staying longer. Good location on the north side of Philly, with plenty to do in Bucks County as well.

This place felt like home. Check-in was easy and the host was very attentive. Cleaning and personal care essentials, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel, etc. were supplied. The house was clean and well maintained, and there was a private parking spot in the back, in addition to plenty of street parking. We loved hanging out in the front porch and the deck in the back. The location was convenient and within a short walking distance to a great coffee shop, which offered good coffee and food options. It was also within a 5-10 minute drive to multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and major highways. We had a great time here while visiting family in Philly and staying busy in the area.

Perfect Location for Sesame Place

The house was perfect for our short stay! We enjoyed how close it was to Sesame Place, some delicious food, a playground, and all other amenities we needed! Loved the coffee shop you could walk to! We enjoyed breakfast on the front porch as well!

Peaceful Family Getaway

We only stayed for one night but would certainly return again! Jerry was very friendly and responsive. The home was attractive, clean, and had everything that we needed for our short visit. Perfect location for Sesame Place

We were looking for a place near Sesame Place where we could have our own space at the end of a long day at the park, without having to share a hotel room with our toddler. This spot was perfect—just a short 10-minute drive to the park. The location was great: close to plenty of restaurants and, as others have mentioned, just a quick 3-minute walk to a charming little coffee shop down the street. The place was also very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived.We were comfortable here for our two night stay and would recommend it to any family looking for something similar.

The place was clean and accommodating. Nice little touches to make you feel like valued guests. We only stayed for one night to be close to a concert at the Parx Casino, so the location was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Very Nice Place

The place is in a wonderful quiet location. The Coffee house and tavern within walking distance is an added bonus. Very clean and filled with a lot of character. Will stay here again in the future.

if your staying here for a day or a week, this is it!! everything was perfect to a tee from the location to cleaniness. Jerry has a well kept place and provides excellent communication for anything you may need during your trip. the place smells so good too!!! that i ran to the store to buy all the ones in his vrbo! lol ...thank you again and again!

Perfect for Levittown visit

We were in town visiting family in Levittown. The location was perfect for us, as was the fact the house is dog-friendly. Check-in process was seamless, the house was very clean and as advertised. We'll definitely keep this house on our list for future visits.

Great Girls' Night

This property was clean and well appointed and worked well for four adults. All the basics and more available. Can park two vehicles in back if need be and they both aren't huge SUVs. Very attentive manager.
