Spend the day exploring the rivertowns on the Deleware. We are 1 mile from dowtown Lambertville NJ and New Hope PA. After a day of shopping and dining come back to our retreat to relax by the fire, soak in the hottub. There is a lot to offer in the Hunterdon/Bucks area. We have beautiful state parks to hike or you can bring/rent bikes to ride on the Deleware canal and explore other rivertowns with dining, craft beers, and wineries. If you are coming with kids, there are plenty of parks, a brand new vintage arcade. In the summer, there is tubing and kayaking on the river. Other seasonal favorites are the New Hope haunted train ride, Santa Steam train ride, and the Spring Shad Festival.

Great place to stay!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in this fabulous house with our son, daughter in law and 2 grandsons. Plenty of room for everyone inside and out! Lovely house and serene backyard. Loved the Howell Farm just 5 minutes away and had a fun time at Sesame place.

Family Weekend Getaway

Our family, ranging from 4 months to 90 years old chose this lovely property as a place to share quality together. It did not disappoint!! The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying yard games, basketball playing, s'more making deer viewing and relaxing in the hot tub! The proximity to Lambertville and New Hope was very convenient.

Such a great spot!

We loved this beautiful house, it included lots of toys for kids, had a lovely deck for eating outside in the evening, a big kitchen, comfortable beds. The house is close to lambertville with all of its cute shops and restaurants, and also to lots of great places to spend time in nature, like biking along the Delaware canal. The hot tub was also a big bonus!

Very nice stay

We weren’t there long as we worked all day … but nice clean fresh to come home to…. I’d stay here again without a thought. Only negative was no key to lock up and no lock on back door

New Year Getaway

Great property, close to so much to see and do. The house was large with plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and in front of the fireplace. The driveway was a little tricky to find but we knew that ahead of time from previous reviews. The owner was good with communication, and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lambertville / New Hope visit

Enjoyed the location! Got to stay out in the country with great access to everything in immediate vicinity of Lambertville & New Hope. House had toys and games available for our kids. Hot tub is nicely situated off the main bedroom. Plenty of space for our family. Didn’t need the fire pits but was fun watching kids catch lightning bugs.

We chose this home for its proximity to a wedding venue. The home was beautiful, full of natural light from the windows. The little extras the homeowners do are so welcoming. Place was very clean, spacious, beautiful. Close to everything. Not enough toilet paper & upstairs toilet didn’t flush. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Only suggestion would be more decent sized coffee mugs. And wine glasses would have been nice.

Perfect Getaway

The place fit the family of 9 perfectly. Great location. Secluded but a mile away from downtown. Host had such a warming welcome for us with snacks. A little internet issue but kinda expected in an area like that. Driveway is missable but big enough to fit all our vehicles. Great stay for a big family!

Beautiful home

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway of fun. The house was super clean, and the hot tub was great to come back to after a fun day/night out in town. I was weary because of the other reviews mentioning the driveway being tricky, but it was not tricky at all. If you’ve driven in jersey city or Pittsburgh it’s nothing you can’t handle.

Getting away to the mountains

I really enjoyed my stay the house was really nice and spacious. The property pretty big and nice view And the driveway was a bit challenging but I liked it! The house was built by the owner's husband and he did a really good job. Really like my stay at the mountain house and want to come again.

Great little cabin in the woods!

We had a nice stay at this secluded home in Lambertville. The property was beautiful, and the home was well kept. They also provided snacks which my kids loved,and coffee. Check-in was a little confusing as I didnt see info on how to access the property, and it turns out the door was just unlocked. The big amenities were great: hot tub, games table in basement, fire pit.The smaller things were lacking: no shower soaps, shampoos, hair dryers, kitchen towels, etc. Plenty of paper towels to use though. One thing was we couldn't figure out how to keep the master bedroom door to the back porch locked, so that was a little concerning. Overall, a nice property close to everything in Lambertville and New Hope.

Nice place

The house was great but the listing is very misleading. We booked this with my large family because of how many beds are listed which was not correct at all. There is lots of space though if you bring air mattresses. We also got there late at night and had no toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. The host did end up dropping some at the door the next day but we had already gone out and bought supplies. We also got no instructions for check in the host just leaves the door unlocked which was odd but maybe normal on that area as it seems very safe. Overall it’s a very nice house but does not have as many beds as listed

Thanksgiving away-from-home

We booked this property for the Thanksgiving holiday (4 adults, 2 kids, and a greyhound) and we are so glad we did! The house was spacious, well-appointed, and welcoming. We truly felt like guests in this “home,” it was stocked with snacks, coffee, hot chocolate, and toiletries, as well as games, air hockey, and a magnetic dart board in the game room. And more than enough warm and fuzzy blankets to go around! There was also plenty of wood for the fireplace, and the hot tub was a delightful bonus. The host, Arleen, was responsive and so helpful and kind. Lambertville/New Hope is a beautiful area and just the place you’d want to be during the holiday season - there are plenty of shops and art galleries, cafes and restaurants in town, truly something for everyone. The one and only thing I would add to this property would be a double bed on the second floor - there are trundle beds in two of the three upstairs bedrooms, so if you’re traveling with more than one couple, you’ll have to flip a coin for the master suite on the first floor (which has a beautiful new bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi tub). So happy to have found this place!
