"The hallway smells outrageous. My hubby and I needed a place to stay for one night due to our plans needing to change. If you are a clean person you cannot stay there. This seems like a place where they let junkies stay. Everytime I walked the hallway, I had to cover my nose. I can’t even describe the smell. There were so many factors to the smell. I’m sure people were smoking, carpet had to have urine on it. I really couldn’t understand why it smelled so bad. I’m sure the hotel staffs smell it, it’s really disgusting. The walls in the room were so dirty. Linen did not look clean and fresh. I had to put a shirt on the bed just so my face couldn’t touch it. The fridge had juice stains. I will NEVER step foot in that place again. If I needed to stay more than one night, I would’ve checked out and go elsewhere. We were extremely uncomfortable. My hubby had to comfort me after I cried. He encouraged me to stay the night. I was going to sleep in my car. "

"Everything seemed relaxed and very welcoming the staff were very accommodating and always available very knowledgeable and helpful however I noticed. a shortage of shampoo and conditioner in my room any room was pretty decent clean snapped up AC work nice view but basically there was no conditioner or anything to moisturize or smell nice afterl bathing other than that everything was very peaceful thank you. "Room was not ready by 4pm - didn’t receive room till about 6 or 630pm they offered us a 10 dollar beverage voucher. Room condition was a little dated. Overall not bad. "

"Here’s a polished, professional review while keeping your voice and tone: I’ve been staying at Sheraton Suites since the 1990s, and one thing I can always count on is the cleanliness of the property and its central, convenient location. Over the years, it has been a reliable place to stay. However, I must say that since the recent renovations, some changes have been less than favorable. The addition of a $12 per night parking fee and an $8 charge for receiving packages feels excessive and takes away from the overall guest experience. During this stay, I was placed at the very end of a long corridor, which made for quite an inconvenient and unpleasant walk—especially compared to previous visits. That said, I do want to highlight that the front desk personnel during this visit were excellent—very professional, welcoming, and helpful. In fact, they stood out even more than my last stay in October 2025. Overall, while the hotel still maintains its cleanliness and prime location, I hope management will reconsider some of these new charges and guest experience decisions moving forward."
