"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely house! very modern and great lay out, specifically the large deck overlooking the water. The games room a great touch. We had 5 couples stay, and the house was more than large enough that we didn't feel crowded and everyone had their own space. Would definitely stay again, might even bring the kids next time!"

"my experience is 'coloured' by the disappointment in the misrepresentation of the location. i booked 4 nights and left after 2. before booking i googled where in Bridport it is and the pin showed behind the IGA which is on the main road so i was happy i would be in walking distance of the beach and coffee shops which i could do many times in a day.the location is actually in suburbia and i could not walk to the beach. i sent word to the host having left 2 nights early who was sorry to hear i could not walk the distance ! it is the first time i have had such a disappointing (and expensive) outcome to my regular getaways in Tasmania. "
