"The images of the ad are very deceiving. The place not only has very old furniture, extremely bad quality bedding, pillows (including a clogged toilet) and towels but was not cleaned upon arrival. It’s in a very questionable neighborhood Don’t be fooled by the proximity to the beach that appears on the map. It’s far. Extremely poor communication with the mana gament/ staff. Stay away !"

"The apartment was relatively clean, well stocked, and the 2 queen-sized beds were comfortable. Short walk to cruise port shuttle pickup. No AC, but there are floor fans and windows in every room that open (some only partially). Full kitchen, laundry units, nice walk-in rain shower plus second bathroom with tub. Downside was lack of instructions. Even though I completed the "fast check-in" online, I did not receive any specific entrance instructions. I had to call the property manager's phone...

"Apartment location is great and the view is spectacular. It was a perfect place form my family. Nice, new and fresh interior. "The hosts Corrado and Maria Grazia are simply the best. Our communication with them before our stay was prompt and informative. They met us at the apartment at the agreed time and were so gracious. The apartment was very clean, was spacious and everything you could need. I would highly recommend this apartment for rental in the Civitavecchia port area. It is very convenient to the port and to the train station,all can be reached by foot."

"This is the cleanest property I’ve come across in vacation rentals. It’s comfortable, cozy, close to the beach and to the highway for easy sightseeing. The balcony is huge, just like in the pics, and it’s possible to spend the whole day there thanks to partial shading. The neighborhood is small and very quiet.
