"This was my third time staying at the Blossom Hibiya. The location is probably my favorite in all of Tokyo--close to Ginza, 20 minutes subway ride from Shibuya, near tons of subway stations, great food, etc. The staff are always warm and welcoming, and the rooms, though a tad small (large for Tokyo standards), are always clean and comfortable. The views are incredible and the breakfast buffet is a solid option."

The hotel breakfast is lovely, as was room service and is well located near Ginza. The design is a little dated but in pristine condition, and the customer care more than compensated.
