The room was comfortable and always kept clean. Bathroom was stocked with toiletries and necessities. Staff was kind and courteous. I would stay here again!

The room is extremely clean, comfortable and has all the amenities beyond your needs for a small size room. We’ve booked a moderate room type with a queen size bed. Although we love everything about this room, note that it’s quite small and not much room to open your luggage. We would recommend this hotel as it’s a 10-minute walk toTokyo main train station and reasonably priced as compared to other surrounding hotels.

Stayed here for 3 nights/ 4 days with my husband and my best friend. We got a triple room which was small compared to US room sizes but had everything you could portably need! Beds were SO comfortable, bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razors, cotton buds, toothbrush/ toothpaste- everything! Hairdryer was excellent. Shower/ bath combo was great - water pressure was amazing after a long day walking and exploring. We did not try the hotel restaurant but every time we went by it it smelled great. About 12 minute walk to Tokyo station and multiple other stations within 10 minutes walk. We walked to the fish market in the early morning - was about 25 minute walk but very pleasant and good sightseeing. Area is quieter than the more touristy areas of Tokyo which we appreciated after such long days. On our last day our flight didn’t leave till 7pm and we were scheduled to catch the train to the airport at 2:30pm - the front desk let us store our luggage after check out so we could squeeze in more sightseeing. Everything was super easy and convenient. 10/10 would stay again.

Absolutely wonderful, our time here was perfect, the staff are all very friendly and the place is immaculate, clean and has spaces that are very stylish and comfortable. There is a beautiful small balcony garden, that has amazing views. The price for the hotel was incredible seeing how spectacular this place was. I highly recommend it. We were there for a false fire alarm on our last day and it was handled quickly and efficiently by the staff. Everything was very safe and I can say the emergency exits work well and are nice and safe! Again, wonderful service and a over all pleasant stay.

The staff was excellent. We opted in for the breakfasts and it was delicious. There are convenience stores and a pharmacy very close to the hotel, and a nice walk to Tokyo Station, and a 3 minute walk to Hatchobori Station. The only weird thing that happened to us is that twice we tried going to a restaurant right by the hotel and they turned us away. There were available seats there but she crossed her arms to us meaning, do not come in here.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and modern. The blackout blinds in the rooms were amazing. The only downside were the pillows. Included is 1x uncomfortable rice pillow and 1x fluffy pillow that faded away into nothingness around your head.

Great hotel with nice Japanese vibe. Excellent Japanese breakfast. Convenient location - close to trains and shopping. Nice little Japanese restaurants in the area. The hotel was very nicely quiet.

Great as the only complaint would be the microwave is not great and it’s not the best location for trains unless you go to ginza. Everything else is amazing as hotels goes. Great staff

My stay at the hotel is comfortable. The room is comfortable and spacious, the bathroom is also spacious, I like that they separate the washing basin, bathroom and toilet. The hotel environment and room decor is elegant. We also had breakfast at the hotel, it's very nicely prepared. Overall a satisfactory stay.

Location was great. It was about 700m away from Tokyo Station Yaesu exit. Staying near Tokyo Station means we had east transport access to Shinkansen or to any other train lines. Taking the airport bus from Narita Airport to Tokyo Station was very convenient. Room size was small as per any Tokyo hotel but still a comfortable stay. Loads of convenience stores nearby, a supermarket just down the road as well. Will definitely book again

Beautiful hotel, with nice rooms. Staff was friendly and the rooms were well appointed and clean. Location was great, very close to Tokyo station and multiple subway lines. The neighbourhood felt more business focused and less homey. The only inconvenient part about the hotel is the elevator system, as your go up to the 14th floor lobby and then take a different elevator to go down to your room. More of a nuisance than a deal breaker. I would stay here again if I wanted to be close to Tokyo station or Ginza.

Amazing little hotel in Tokyo. Conveniently close to the subway and Tokyo station so it was easy to get around. The room was small but spacious and beautifully laid out. Very clean! I’ll be back next time

Much more than we expected
We were only staying over in Tokyo for 1 night, so wanted a place near Tokyo Station. We were so pleased when we arrived as it far exceeded our expectations. Staff was great, location was nice, and the hotel and room were very good with good amenities. You get a lot more here for your money than at other hotels in area we were at. They have a nice bar on 14 and a cute little garden on 14 that overlooks the skyline, nice and relaxing hotel near everything. You won't be disappointed.

The venue was fresh and modern but our room ( for 2 adults) was extremely cramped. Having no bedside table was inconvenient. The temperature was far too warm , especially for sleeping. No option to reuse towels a second night. Reception staff had limited English so help was difficult when we had questions. There was easy access to Tokyo Station .

Great value business hotel in the heart of Kyobashi. Walkable to Ginza and surrounding areas. Very clean compact room. Only criticism is that the window blinds let in the bright sun early in the morning.
