I accidentally booked a smoking room. The desk clerk assured us that it won’t be a problem to switch if I don’t like my booked room. The hotel is about 20 minute train ride from Shibuya and the station is literally a 5 minute walk. The staff were so kind and the coffee shop was very delicious. "
