"Full kitchen in our room but no cookware. No utensils, NOTHING. Fortunately I hadn't planned this stay with cooking in mind. That being said.......our room was very clean. Staff is very kind and actually have a great attitude. This is a beautiful place to stay! I wish I had spent more time in it. "

"Hi thank you for a wonderful stay. I put garbage cans up. Start the dishwasher and laundry. Wiped down counters and cleaned out the refrigerator. We left the beds the way they were because I didn't want to put sheets and blankets on the floor. Wishing you all an amazing day"

"1. One of the beds in the bedrooms collapsed and it took a few days for the host to send out a maintenance person to fix it. I had to follow up to make sure it was addressed. Because of this, one of my guests had to stay in a hotel because the bed wasn’t available.2. There were cockroaches behind the TV and even though I reported it to the host, nothing was done to address it.3. The place is riddled with inconveniences — one sink isn’t working, the towel rack is missing, the wifi keeps dropping and needing a restart. Terrible experience altogether."
