Huge Private Guest suite w/ jet tub in great neighborhood near attractions

Our huge 825 square-foot guest suite comes equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed, a couch which converts into one additional bed if requested ($15 fee), an office area, small table with two chairs, lounge area, and a huge bathroom with a shower and a separate jet soaking tub. There is a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker. There is no access to a kitchen. There is a huge front porch with the seating which is the perfect area to watch our beautiful sunsets or to listen to the birds while you sip on your morning coffee. We are located just outside town and the view is of agricultural land. We are within a minutes drive to Freeway 99 access, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Only 5 minutes from the San Joaquin River and The Island Water Park, 15 minutes to the Fresno Zoo (it’s really awesome), 30 minutes to Millerton Lake, 1 hour to Shaver Lake, 1.5 hours to China Peak/Huntington Lake, 1 hour drive to Yosemite entrance. We have tons of great restaurants too!

Quiet Escape

In town to visit old friends. Beautiful property. Very clean and quiet, great space with a massive jetted tub and shower that were amazing. Loved the secluded feel and peaceful atmosphere.

I rented this place for the jet tub specifically, and it did not disappoint! I came down to get married and having this as our place of stay was so perfect. I definitely would book again for future Fresno visits.

This location was exactly what we were looking for! It was close to the wineries the weekend of the Wine Trail event. Beautiful and secluded location. Definitely would consider it in the future!

Super cozy and perfect stay!

I stayed one night while passing through to visit the Sequoias and Yosemite. Beyond perfect place to feel cozy and revive from all the driving and hiking! The host was extremely helpful and courteous with advice for the parks, which I very much appreciated coming from states away. Instructions were super easy to follow, the place was very clean and stocked with everything you’d need. And very spacious! Overall great stay and would stay again!

This property was close to freeway access but very peaceful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Wish we would have had more time to stay and relax. Very clean. Loved the carpet and huge tub.

Adorable country side place

Loved this cute little space. Thank you for the delicious coffee in the morning. The soaking tub was the cherry on top. My son loved it along with the yard.
