Apartments in Fresno

"We had a reservation for Feb 27 to March 1. In your hotel. Room suite 101. Everything was ok, except, when we opened the door of our room we had a welcome whit 2 cockroaches, walking in the floor. That's unacceptable.  We killed them. Hoping don't find more. But to our surprise we fund another one.  All around the sofa, the day we leaving.  We had to check all our clothes making sure aren't in our clothes.  At the time we leaving and the keys into red bucket,  we saw a employee and we show her the video we recorded with the cockroache,  and she told as, write a email to our manager.  And this's what we did. But she never responded to our email We want a anwnser about it. That' can't not happen.  "

"Checked in and to a room that was occupied. Thankfully nobody was in it at the time. Long walk back to get another room and walked the long way back to a different room. Then the tv didn’t work so I had to call the front desk for help. This morning the hair dryer didn’t work so I called the front desk and was told she would try to find one. Never did so I had to go to the airport with wet hair. Pictures of the hotel are a lot better online than they really are. The place needs some work. Won’t stay there again. "
