The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is very good with-a variety of options. I always stay at Picadilly when visiting Fresno. It is safe to park and i feel very welcomed. Price is extremely favorable and perfect location for me."

"Internet was out for a long period of time. Cleanliness is not what it should be. 1 elevator for the entire building. Staff was not friendly.At this price point there are way better options in other areas of Fresno, particularly in the river park area. I’ll never stay here again."

"Breakfast menu was good. Fresh ground coffee was great. Property was mostly clean (lots of contruction stuff in parking lot). The worst thing for me was highway noise. Made it near impossible to sleep until i got eat plugs. "

"This property was absolutely amazing except for one thing. The pool is freezing. Other than that the breakfast was absolutely wonderful and it’s not gone as soon as they serve it. The staff was friendly. There’s a cart to help you load your luggage from the car to your room. The rooms are nice. I liked the view from backside of motel. Lots of things close by including food and gas right next door. I would absolutely stay here again. Best bang for your buck and would recommend to anyone."
