The lobby and breakfast area were clean, well maintained and well stocked. This location is perfect if you’re travelling to or from Yosemite or Sequoia NP as we were. One exit north you will find every possible shopping and eating option including Trader Joe’s and Costco. The room was well worn but the bed was clean and comfortable.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I forgot my toothbrush, and the front desk provided one at no cost. The location is central to the freeway and to the Cross Country meet we were attending that weekend. The smell of the room was not great. It smelled like hospital-grade cleaning solutions. The toilet paper holder was rusty, causing an additional smell in the bathroom. The receptionists for the night and morning shifts were friendly.

Decently clean, tv didn’t work, the WiFi password didn’t work for me. Breakfast was mid. They gave room service between days which was helpful. Might come back.

During my most recent stay July 24th to 27th, 2026 and prior stay, the Staff was very friendly the house maids kept the room serviced, The rooms have recently been redone with Luxury Vynil floors, the hotel is very comfortable and at a very economical price. It is quiet and conviently located at Bullard and Hwy 41 in Fresno and shares the same parking lot with Huckabees resturant that has an awesome menu and a to die for Peach Tea with Real peaches in it. Be aware if you are older, a couple of the rooms have toilets that are maybe 11-12 inches high which was difficult for me to get up from so I was upgraded (no extra charge) on my second stay to a handycap room which was much better. My 5yr old Grandson would love the lower toilet. One additional item would be appreciated to be added to the room was kleenex's as there were none in either of the rooms I have stayed in.

For the price, the stay was good. The staff was accommodating, easy freeway access and close to shopping and food. It needs some cleaning of the furniture, a little tlc and larger TVs. The beds were comfortable. Again over all it was an okay experience.

Showed up to check in and unfortunately there was a huge motorcycle gang. Super ghetto. Only one way in and one way out. The unsavory characters set up camp in the parking lot and had a scout mean mug anyone who showed up. I was with my family and a toddler mind you. Hotel associate told me she would put me in a room far away from the gang. Tried to walk to my room, but unfortunately the gang and their crew set up camping chairs and ez ups blocking the parking lot. Needless to say I never even made it to my room without my family feeling like we were about to get mugged.

Very Disappointing Hotel Experience This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The hotel was poorly maintained, and the overall cleanliness and service were unacceptable. * The chairs in the room were torn and in poor condition. * The beds were not made, and the room was not cleaned during our stay. * The bed sheets were very old and should have been replaced. * The breakfast was extremely poor, with very few options. * The waffle machine was broken. Each time a guest wanted to fill a cup with waffle batter, a someone had to use their hand to fix the machine. This was unhygienic and unacceptable. * There was a vandalized car parked in front of our room, which made the area look neglected. * The trash cans in the hotel’s common areas were dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service. The condition of the room and the poor breakfast quality did not meet reasonable expectations for a hotel stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless management takes these issues seriously and makes substantial improvements.
