The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is very good with-a variety of options. I always stay at Picadilly when visiting Fresno. It is safe to park and i feel very welcomed. Price is extremely favorable and perfect location for me."

"This property was absolutely amazing except for one thing. The pool is freezing. Other than that the breakfast was absolutely wonderful and it’s not gone as soon as they serve it. The staff was friendly. There’s a cart to help you load your luggage from the car to your room. The rooms are nice. I liked the view from backside of motel. Lots of things close by including food and gas right next door. I would absolutely stay here again. Best bang for your buck and would recommend to anyone."

"Nice hotel, and great price; however, it was really hot in Fresno, and the A/C stopped running every night, and we couldn’t get it to come back on until morning. It got very hot in our room, making sleeping difficult."

"1. One of the beds in the bedrooms collapsed and it took a few days for the host to send out a maintenance person to fix it. I had to follow up to make sure it was addressed. Because of this, one of my guests had to stay in a hotel because the bed wasn’t available.2. There were cockroaches behind the TV and even though I reported it to the host, nothing was done to address it.3. The place is riddled with inconveniences — one sink isn’t working, the towel rack is missing, the wifi keeps dropping and needing a restart. Terrible experience altogether."
