"Location is a 10/10, the property is next to tower bridge and close to the station. The check-in was ok, friendly & efficient, some additional information about the hotel would have been nice but nothing. Our room is dated and smells like old cigarette smoke. Bed & bedding good, the bathroom is a below average, floor flood's during showers and drain in the sink appear to have blockages as the water goes down the drain very very slowly. Didn't eat there, no details given, internet works ok."

"I really enjoyed my stay here and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in the future. Close to everything , night life , restaurants, public transportation, everything is close by. Hotel had lots of amenities and communicated with me effectively when I had any questions. "

"Breakfast was cold when it arrived, the eggs felt like they had been put in a fridge Contacted room service, they brought another half an hour later and confirmed the previous meal was stone cold - unfortunately, the second attempt wasn’t any better so we left it and asked for a refund! "

"When making the reservation, it stated "breakfast included" however, it did not appear on my itinerary. I contacted Expedia who were unable to resolve the matter. It took over 24 hours to get the remote control for the TV. Most of the employees were very helpful, there was one worker who seemed uninterested and came across as being rude. Beyond that encounter, the room was very well presented. The "bespoke" iron furniture was lovely and sturdy."

"It started very badly with Satnav sending us to a pedestrianised deadend at the waterfront. However with telephone assistance from the Ark staff we eventually found the entrance which is set back from the road. We stayed in a tiny double bed studio, probably the smallest we have ever seen. It was however perfect for our stay and was very well fitted out and spotless. The pool and spa was stunning and with incredible views from the 20th floor to the O2. Staff qere helpful, lifts a high tech joy and all in all extremely good value. Access to all areas via the adjacent light railway station was a huge benefit for getting around. We would stay again and now we know where the entrance is it will be even better!"

"The hotel is very new, so everything works, and is clean. The rooms are tiny but well laid-out and organized. The floor is hard, no carpet. This is very good. No smell, no stains. The beds were comfortable. There was no noise, we slept really well. The breakfast is magnificent and plentiful. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, a particular shout-out to Maria F., who was really kind to us at check-in and check-out. Location is great."
