"Overall we had a good stay, but a major downfall was the pool. We booked this place as a staycation with the kids because of the pool but the spalsh pad was legit cold, like cold water from the tap cold so we couldnt spend time in there and the pool was chilly. The kids could last about 5 mins before having to go to the hot tub to heat up. Breakfast and the hotel itself, including the staff were great though. When i asked about the pool temperature, they said thats just what it is. We were hoping to have this place as a staycation every couple months, but i think we'll look elsewhere. It really could have been an exeptional experience if the pool was a bit warmer."
