Giant flood lights shine directly into room from parking lot, could be redirected at the parking lot instead of the exterior of the building. Noise from other patrons in the hallway was incredibly loud, as well as noise from lobby coming up through the floor

We came in slightly early and the room was ready so we were able to check in. The room was clean. The room had a small stocked kitchen, including a full sized refrigerator. The bathroom was clean. The shower had a grab bar and the tub was not slippery. The room was on the quiet side of the building. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub was a bonus. The breakfast was plentiful. The staff were very helpful.

Excellent stay! The staff are so kind and accommodating. The room was nice. The beds were comfy and had an assortment of pillow types. The pool was warm and the hot tub was the perfect temperature. Breakfast was good. The building is older but you can tell they keep it in good condition and take pride in ensuring it’s clean. We’ll be back. Our son said he doesn’t want to stay anywhere else in Vernon. The only almost concern that was kindly fixed by the staff is that the pool doesn’t open until 10 am. The boys were disappointed but the staff member cheerfully gave us a bit later checkout so the boys could swim before we left. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect because the building is old but it was awesome. Truly great.

Room toilet would not flush when complained filed stated it was air bubble. The inner toilet works was broken so lift up the lid and pull Up the flusher by hand. Not acceptable. Shower leaked into wall and alarm clock was set for 1:00 am and went off and no micro wave in room??? Just a shoddy place and sleepless night. Barf in the parking lot near the room was the icing on the cake. Would not ever stay there again!
