We had an excellent experience staying here during our short trip to Kamloops. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was superb in the facilities it offered. I will highly recommend this place to stay for anyone planning a trip to Kamloops. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kamloops as it’s very convenient due to its central location from Downtown.

I'm in a power wheelchair and I booked a wheelchair accessible room. I found the room was a tight fit and the bed was a too soft king bed and too low, which made it very hard to get out of. The toilet was too low which also made it hard to get off of. If you could have a seat riser available would be a help.Thank you for the great service throughout the hotel. Very comfortable and clean the only complaints was our dinner in the restaurant . The food was horrible. My dad are 1/4 of his rib dinner, the ribs weren’t good and the fries were disgusting. $12 for a big plate we maybe at 6. Service was great though. The lotion in the rooms is a little too fragrant and overpowering. Less scent is better.

The hotel is nice but it’s overpriced compared to others in the area. The outdoor pool is nice but it’s a hassle to get to it, no umbrellas or tables. The rooms are also just too small. If it was less expensive it would be fine. For the price however I was expecting more. I actually ended up leaving as well and going to the sandman beacuse the beds where uncomfortable and the room too small with a child
