"The room was small but nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and there was a good selection of complimentary food and drink for breakfast. "

"Room was lovely and clean. Lifts were a bit of a nightmare even though there were 4! Checked in at 3.20 and rooms weren't ready but they gave us ones that were. Went for breakfast at 8.45 and luckily missed the huge queue that formed behind us. Full english breakfast, cereal, fruit toast, croissants, make your own waffles which were a hit with the kids, juice, water coffee etc, great for free! Would recommend for the price and would go again!"
"The second time we’ve stayed here and quite a few of the same staff were working, offering in the great service. Super friendly and helpful. really comfortable hotel in a fantastic location near the canal.
We’ll be back
Managed to find free parking up the hill first left )"
"We were in Birmingham for one night to see a play at the Alexandra Theatre, which was a short walk around the corner from the hotel.
The NCP car park was 100 yards away and extremely convenient, albeit a little expensive (£30 for 24 hrs).
All in all, the hotel was in a fantastic location and very convenient for our trip."
