Check-in was super easy. I was travelling on my own (female) for work, and I did feel safe. The apartment was a decent level of cleanliness, and very spacious for what I paid. Excellent to have a little kitchen and space to sit - rather than just a cramped bedroom. I would definitely stay again.

Gosh what can i say about waterloo street apartment? It was AMAZING. The room, the staff, location, amenities, just all of it was unbelievable. The cost for a Saturday night in central Birmingham was extremely reasonable too. Check in process was easy, check out was also easy. Will definitely be staying again.

Great location and apartment, the staff are very friendly too. Right in the heart of Birmingham city centre, parking at B4parking isn’t too far and you get a discount if you enter your vehicle registration on the tablet in the lobby when you check out. Only downside is the noise due to the bars around however that’s expected given the location

Fabulous location.

We had an amazing apartment. Great location, within walking distance to all restaurants and bars. We were greeted on arrival by a lovely chap who gave us all the information about the apartment, and made booking in so easy. We would definitely stay again.
