"Great hotel, I found out this is a family run hotel and you can tell. Amazing staff, great restaurant and bar all reasonably priced. Outdoor area and nice gym, pool sauna and steam, all well maintained. Lots of car park places and free for duration of the stay. Ideally placed for the airport and NEC. "It was just what I needed to enjoy birmingham. The hotel is located within campus grounds of Aston University, with proximity to restaurants and takeouts at affordable prices. It has easy access to other parts of birmingham via different means of transportation and we were able to use uber and buses for most of our journey. The hotel staff are polite, friendly and helpful and the hotel looks nearly refurbished and very clean, with iron and ironing board provided. The only downside is that the rooms do not come with a fridge and water isn't provided in the rooms. Although there was a tesco less than 2 minute walk from the hotel. We also got access to the leisure centre and swimming pool, although we didn't end up using these. All in all an excellent hotel"
