"Great location 5 min walk from Kings Cross. 2 great pubs for good and drinks next to and opposite the hotel. Room was clean but compact, bed did have a tendency to live when you rolled over!! Staff were lovely. Big downside for us was the breakfast was expensive but there was also no tea it coffee making facilities in the room. Which we missed when one of us wakes early "

Location is very convenient however, the lift needs to be improved. it's one button to press for going up and down. so it's a long wait for lift (and lift is usually full if u are in the middle levels) "

"Beautiful hotel, unbeatable location, and truly wonderful staff. The building itself is stunning — elegant architecture, beautifully maintained, and full of character. The location couldn’t be better: just steps from the Tube and a short stroll to Covent Garden Market, with endless food, shops, and people-watching opportunities right at your doorstep. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Yes, London rooms tend to be on the cozier side, but there was more than enough space to move around without performing suitcase gymnastics. Despite being on a busy street, we heard absolutely no outside noise — which felt like a small miracle in central London. We could occasionally hear the adjacent room through the (locked) adjoining door, but since we spent most of our days out exploring and crashed into bed happily exhausted at night, it was hardly an issue. Breakfast was exceptional — a wide variety of options and a team that made mornings feel genuinely welcoming (not always easy before coffee!). I was celebrating my birthday, and Jean Claude at reception went above and beyond to make it extra special with a thoughtful treat waiting in our room. That kind of personal touch makes all the difference. We would absolutely stay here again when we return — which, after this trip, will hopefully be very soon."

"Great location next to the Holborn underground station. Mobility is amazing. WiFi was down for 3 days severely affecting my productivity. No fix was given, just a vague promise of an engineer coming at some point. Staff was present and kind. "
