"Just awful stay - we were not aware that towels would not be provided, the mattress on the bed was so thin it felt like sleeping on the base, the curtains were falling apart and the tv did not work - and there was no-one available to bring these issues to, as the property is not serviced at all. We are surprised that this accommodation is offered on Hotel.com because, in our opinion, it does not constitute being labelled as a hotel...it is more like a downmarket bedsit without a kitchen..! NEVER AGAIN!! "

"Buse at the front desk was just exceptional! She handled some minor issues with such speed and efficiency, she is truly an asset to this company. The daily breakfast is outstanding in quality, service and variety. The pool is truly an added bonus being warm , large and having a hot tub. Even though I was not able to use the gym area it looked great! I highly recommend a stay at The Leonardo not only for its appeal but for the ease of walk ability to anything you may need or want. Also main train station about 10 min walk."

"Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and it's a nice hotel but far too warm to sleep. The first room I was given was 25 degrees when I opened the door. The staff helpfully moved me to a room on the other side which was cooler, but I struggled to sleep later as the temperature hovered around 21-22 degrees. The air conditioning is apparently 'centrally controlled' and just did not blow cool air at all."
