"Very friendly and helpful staff. We have a campervan and able to park in their associated car park in adjacent building and plenty of room.
We had one of the rooms in the extension which was lovely and clean and warm.
Easy 20 min walk to Guildhall for our gig and plenty of pubs and eateries en route and a huge variety.
Breakfast was really good.
A great stay and would definitely come back when visiting Southampton without a doubt!! "
"The layout of our suite was weird. The frosted glass bathroom door covered two electrical outlets when open. Other than that we would stay again but would bring more UK power converters. "
"Range of healthy food included in a wide range of breakfast choice at the buffet. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and appealing due to its close proximity to Westquay shopping centre, Mayflower Theatre, cruise ships at Southampton harbour and rail links from Southampton central to london and other key cities. Hotel is nicely presented as high star rating but with robust values. Highly recommend and would definitely again"
"Booked this hotel for a short stay which is perfect. The location is central to everything and the hotel is very accommodating. Staff were really helpful and friendly (which makes all the difference) If your looking for luxury this is not the hotel for you. It is what it is for the price. Great hotel, great food, rooms nice but not massive. Perfect for 1 or two nights. "
"Very friendly staff lovely food. One problem 1st room allocated there was a aweful smell, we asked to change rooms and thankfully there was another room available this was delt with efficiency and professionally "
