"The casino was VERY smoky. The elevator didn't work properly - kept taking us to the wrong floor, and the system of having to scan your card to select a floor was irritating, especially as we had to reselect when it went wrong. Room was okay, but I wouldn't go back."

"I didn’t even stay the second night. I wasted my money ended up going somewhere else for the second night because there were too many gangsters walking around the parking lot people on drugs. The bed was terrible and the air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Worst hotel ever and a waste of money. "

"Front desk attendant was very friendly. Room was clean. Didn’t enjoy the tv in room it needs to be updated, screen is dark. Also I didn’t like that the ice machine was on the first floor so we had to go all the way down just to get ice they need some on each floor. Didn’t like that housekeeping doesn’t come at least around the same time daily. First day they came in the morning the next day I waited just to ask them to provide clean towels and cups and take the trash and dirty towels but nobody came. We left and returned later in the afternoon around 4:30pm and housekeeping had just left our room and were next door. "

"If you just need a clean motel room then this place will fit your needs.I arrived at around 3:30pm and the lady at the front office check-in was very friendly.There is an $80 security deposit required up front and is reimbursed after checkout.I stayed in a standard 1 bedroom that was very clean.The AC was working great.The TV(with cable programming) worked great.Parking was sufficient enough.I arrived back to the property at 1AM on a Friday night and there were still a few spots available.There is no ice machine or other amenities but that was fine.I left at check-out and received my security deposit reimbursed on my debit card within a few hours."

"This was my 2nd stay at this property & I was hoping that by contacting the Front Desk ahead of time to inquire about the issues we had on our last visit, maybe we could avoid them this time BUT that was not the case. Even though they assured me via email that blankets would be provided, and the room we had would be poolside... No blankets, only 1 mini pillow for each guest (no extra pillows were available). The mini fridge didn't work & even after reporting it, they never came to address it. Thankfully we traveled with a cooler. The pool is also closed (was last time also) and no mention of that when we requested a poolside room. The rooms are filthy & left your feet BLACK so we kept our shoes on in the room. The toilet ran all night, but only halfway flushed. The traffic/other guests are very loud & wonder around ALL night! I will never stay here again when Sam's Town is only $20 more per night! Not worth a dime to stay here!"

"Don’t stay here! Read multiple reviews. I’m not the only one who had a bad experience here. We had a very disappointing experience at this property. While the room itself appeared clean, there was a strong and persistent marijuana odor that made it extremely uncomfortable to stay. The smell lingered throughout the night, caused coughing, and made it difficult to sleep.There was also frequent noise and people coming and going outside during the night, which made it hard to relax.Because of the odor and lack of sleep, we chose to leave around 5:00 a.m. to get fresh air. The owner did offer air freshener, but this would not havre resolved the issue. The smell seemed to be coming from an adjoining property.Overall, while the interior may be maintained, our experience was not comfortable, and we would not choose to stay here again."

"Place was under construction no problem office was closed had to go to other property to get key and check in no problem my biggest problem is they kept my deposit money without as ny explains, left the room clean took out the trash , made sure everything was picked up and emptied like no problem but fiirst place I've stayed at where they kept my deposit money that I needed left at checkout time office still closed left key in their little slot but no office manger on property didn't have time to chase them down at other property had a death in the family and that was my priority at that time , property was ok under construction I understand but no body there for checkout or check in had to chase down on another property my time and my gas to check in who accounts for that if I stayed longer who pays I do but who is to say I checked out at that time ? House keeping was there at 11vam when I was leaving but do I have to do their job at check in and check out why no office personnel there on property? Why no explanation on my deposit money ,,? Poor management don't go here unless you want to get ripped off "
