"As far as self contained accommodation goes this place was the best we have ever stayed at. Our 3 night stay at River One Pavillion was outstanding and we cannot speak more highly of this accommodation! Everything was very well thought out, welcoming, comfortable, modern, private, gorgeous smelling local products in bathroom/kitchen yummy provisions that were very generous for our 3 night stay. Check in and check out were a breeze. We’d definitely love to revisit in the future. Worth every...

"Host was very accommodating however the property description doesn't match reality. Cooking was via a shared barbecue, washing up needed to be done in the bathroom vanity and the restaurant was closed. Most meals required a 20 minute drive to Nairne...or slightly further to Mt Barker. It would be OK for an overnight stay or weekend if you wanted to travel around the Adelaide Hills. Longer stays are very difficult."

Lovely provisions and decor. we especially appreciated the very special embroidery around the house, big bath, spacious living area and spacious outdoor area. "A friend and I recently stayed at this gorgeous little heritage cottage in Greenock. Ideally located and only 10mins from Tanunda. The cottage was very clean, beautifully arranged and incredibly cozy and comfortable. I did t want to leave. The breakfast provisions and wine were a lovely addition. I will be back."

"Overall was lovely. Gorgeous property & great location. However, the bbq was dirty so we couldn’t use it & the ducted hearing was quite patchy- boiling hot in some rooms & cold in others. Garden was really nice but needed some tlc. "

"The property was great. It had everything we needed to be self-sufficient. A short drive to Angaston provided great eateries and walks. It was great that the property is out of Angaston so it was a quiet location. We could have just stayed at the house for the entire time and disconnected from the world. Also the limited mobile phone reception was a bonus as we could escape from work, but still had the safety of the house phone, which is a cool period piece."
