"Pros: Amenities are awesome and rooms great. More like an AirBnB than a villa. Downsides: No toothbrushes. 1500 Baht cleaning fee when you leave, they make you pay for electricity... ended up paying an additional $200 unexpectedly as I did not read the fine print. Price isn't as great with this in mind. Quite far from anything nearby. Stay here if you plan to stay in mostly and drink at the pool - not great for local beaches, tourist sights, or restaurants."

"The house was beautiful. Staff is on hand 24/7. Oi was super easy to talk to, and fulfilled all our wishes. She booked our trips on the boat to Phi Phi island and catamaran to James Bond island.
