"Needed somewhere to get a nights rest after driving all day. Like my accommodation from the previous day. I had messed up the dates. Fortunately I was able to get it sorted and fixed my booking. After I checked in, I had realised looking at the Atrium and bar, that I had stayed there before for work. Room was clean and I had no issues with outside noise as others have mentioned. I liked the fact that car parking was secure behind a locked gate. Only thing I am not as happy about, is the refund of the room deposit. It's been a week and it still has not been credited back to my card. I contacted the hotel and awaiting a response. I will edit my review when I hear back."

"On arrival staff were lovely and helpful even walked us to our room and offered to show us around. Parking was convenient and right outside our door. Restaurant on site for dinner only was delicious and reasonably priced $5 room service. We can see Parliament House from the driveway of the establishment we were so close to the CBD and shops Cole’s 5min up the road. The bed was comfortable ans plenty of pillows and extra blankets. In winter bring slippers or thick socks as the tiles are cold in the kitchenette and bathroom. Room service was lovely even put our fleece blanket on the bed we brought from home and my daughters teddy on her pillow and they put the heater on for us so when we returned from our day out visiting the sites we came back to a warm cosy room. The grounds were lovely, clean, neat and spacious they also have apartments for families to stay in with a communal bbq area. We are definitely staying here when we return to Canberra."

"we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I'd rate the cleanliness 4/5. The location was convenient within walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. there weren't many options available, so there's definitely room for improvement. The restaurant, however, was excellent. The menu offered a great selection of dishes, and the desserts and cocktails were great!"
