"The property itself is amazing and has everything you could possibly need with lovely clean rooms and super spacious. Having said that this was managed by a pretty useless company. I wasn't given a code to open the safe to get the key to the apartment so check in took forever. The link to pay the tax did not work and without that I was unable to access other information like WiFi (I had to then contact the management company separately but they were still unable to provide a link to pay). "Huge room and very friendly staff. Also enjoyed the pool area to cool off, all very clean and a nice place to be."

"Room is fairly large, cleanliness is okay, staff were just average (not what you'd expect from a 4 star and famous chain like Oakwood). Location is not very convenient except if you want proximity to Gleneagles hospital which is about 1.4km away."

"They put us in what they already knew was a smelly room. We had to move to a different room. The maintenance guy said yes this room is always smelly. We are platinum travelers and our flight to Borneo was rescheduled 3 times. They didn't care at all. They would not refund any of our money. I would never go back here ever."
