"Ideal location as it is very close to KLCC. There is MRT station at walkable distance, restaurants at walkable distance, and even hospital right across from hotel. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. James and Michael specially were very courteous."

Impressively, the management provided an alternative solution within just five minutes.
