Overall good experience, however our first room was not to the standard of Four Seasons, with clear need for refurb. We were moved to a better room and this felt more like the Four Seasons we have come to expect. The location is fantastic, however the soundproofing of the rooms is not very good, therefore expect a lot of street noise no matter what floor you are on. We will be staying here again, but hope that all rooms are brought up to the appropriate level of this hotel.

It’s not cheap. But with good reason. Outstanding service led 5* hotel experience. Nothing too much effort. All requests, including a (VERY!) late checkout, all promptly delivered with grace and without fuss. A particular mention to Cheri, Didi and Nazim who went out of their way to make our stay extra special. Jezza(?) at Yun House was also an absolute star on Xmas day.

It was very much comfortable to stay at Four Seasons in KL. I chose a room which has a lounge access and I enjoyed lounge experience all day long. It has 3 time hour service, morning, afternoon tea and supper and what was surprising me most was that I could see different dishes every time through the 4-day stay. Thank you for the wonderful stay in KL.

The staff at the Four Seasons were fantastic. I had an issue with my bank card and they were more accommodating to me in my plight than my actual bank. We opted for the one-bedroom apartment. It was spacious, luxurious and honestly a home away from home. Would highly recommend ♥️

Amazing Stay

We got upgraded from a park view club room to a junior suite, super happy about it especially since it's new year's eve. They prepared a birthday cake for my girlfriend and a special new year's eve cake. The executive club lounge is great, tons of food selection and special dinner buffet menu. Gym has lots of equipments and great view. Very impressed by the breakfast buffet as well, largest selection of breakfast foods I've ever seen. Great service and friendly staff. Strongly recommend this hotel for any sort of celebrations
