They sent a taxi to pick me up; apologized; upgraded my room from basic to presidential; and offered a fantastic meal at no cost. My initial outrage changed into appreciation. "A welcome sight from the hotel room - overlooking the Tianjin Eye. The room was well kept and well position to see the Tianjin City. However, the toilet bowl needs a few flushes. "
