No hairdryer in the room but was available. No hanging space or iron in the room. Only mugs and teaspoons provided - no glasses or plates. 4 teabags for 2 people for 2 days - replacement forgotten on one service day! Parking was $40 per night - not disclosed at time of booking. "

"We have stayed at the Olympic Park Pullman around Easter for many years now, this year was the best experience of staying at the Pullman have had. Staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant, our room was very clean and comfortable, food we ordered from room service arrived quickly and was excellent. "

"The kitchenette is good, but the room itself is run down and needs a make over. Old carpet, curtians stained and marked, the material chairs are filthy dirty, shower curtain too short in shower/bath and water runs all over bathroom floor, nothing to hold onto getting over the bath, to get into the shower( slip hazard). Balcony no outdoor chairs or little coffee table."
